​RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES.

Recreational Activities for all owners on Gramacho was a concept developed soon after GROC2020 were elected in Spring 2020.
 
The objective was to provide activities that were interesting and informative, particularly about this region of our adopted country, as well as being entertaining. Most importantly they would be available to ALL owners at Gramacho and not just to those who played golf, who were already well catered for by CGCC.
 
Today the concept has been expanded to include all owners at Vale da Pinta as well as owners at the newly established Pestana Valley development between Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. A further expansion to include other Pestana condominiums is not rued out.
 
There are two main areas of recreational activity.
 
First, monthly trips away from the Gramacho site, usually with a local guide to visit towns, cities and places of particular interest along the Algarve.
 
Most outings include transport and lunch with drinks stops during walking adventures.

​Second, in-house events are organised which take place in our “Community Centre” the golf clubhouse.
 These serve two purposes to satisfy the needs of those who cannot (for any reason) take a day off away from Gramacho and are designed strengthen the feeling of community spirit.
 
They also serve in continuing to build a rapport with our hosts in Portugal and our administrators Pestana.
