The objective of this website is to provide a source of information and facilitate communication between Gramacho Residential Owners Committee (GROC) and property owners on the Gramacho complex.

In order to keep you fully up to date we will be publishing GROC Updates in the Owners section.  We hope to publish regular updates so please keep coming back.

The Owners section will also contain documents of:
Minutes of meetings with Pestana, Minutes of our own internal GROC meetings, as well as AGM , EGM and OCM minutes.

To ensure that all information in the Owners section is secure and accessible only to Gramacho Owners, you will be required to register for access.
