Aldeamento do Gramacho (our Gramacho Village on the Algarve) and our golf course are located on a level plateau, close to the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro, close to Ferragudo and the bustling city of Lagoa, yet just a few minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Algarveian Atlantic coast.

There is a full programme of Recreational Activities operated by GROC (the Gramacho Residential Owners' Committee) in combination with Pestana. This programme of events and activities is intended for all Gramacho residential owners, whether they play golf or not, live here full time or not, and is therefore open to everyone in our Gramacho Village Community.

Gramacho Office
Gramacho main administration office is located just outside the complex entrance, across the road and adjacent to the general store. This building houses key management and administration staff who take care of finance, safety, insurances, maintenance and other general tasks associated with facilities management.

Gramacho Residences
Gramacho Residences are an annex adjacent to the Gramacho site and accessible either through their own dedicated entrance via the peripheral road or on foot or golf buggy (ONLY) via a small access road adjacent to the 10th tee. In addition to the residential rooms there is a small coffee area and a fully equipped Gymnasium which is available to owners and visitors.

Gramacho Clubhouse and Community Centre
The Gramacho Clubhouse is more than a place for golfers to share stories and compare their scores during the golfing day, it is our very excellent community centre used by a variety of groups based at Gramacho including the Residential Owners' Committee and its Sub Groups.
There is a fully stocked bar and restaurant all the staff are friendly, professional and provide an excellent service, within the clubhouse and on the outside terraces. There is a discount card available for owners which provides a good saving on food and beverages. There is also a quiet (golf club) members and owners only lounge area.

In addition to the regular restaurant services, the Pestana food and beverage department organises themed social events in the clubhouse and take away service. Check with restaurant staff for details.
The Gramacho Restaurant is open daily, from 7:00am until 10:00Pm, for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even just a drink.
The splendid terrace has great views of the 18th with a magnificent backdrop of the Monchique mountains in the distance.

Owners Desk & Reception
The Owners' desk is located within the golf shop adjacent to the clubhouse. It is normally manned between 9am and 1pm and between 2pm and 6pm., seven days per week.
The staff at the Owners' Desk provide a wide variety of information and other services including, receiving post and parcels for owners at Gramacho and Pinta. There are several staff who take it in turns to man the desk at present.
