There has been concern in the past about noise within and outside Gramacho. We recognize that many people are on holiday and want to enjoy themselves. At the same time, we need to strike a balance to maintain peace and calm, especially during the official Quiet Hours of 11pm to 8am. We kindly ask all owners, their visitors and renters to respect the Quiet Hours and to generally keep voices and music to a soft level so as to not disturb your neighbors.
If noise is excessive and/or is happening during Quiet Hours, here are steps you can take:
Noise within Gramacho
Call Security 24h number 927-330-588 or their mobile number which is answered between 11pm and 6am at 927-330-685. Security will visit the property and issue a warning. Should the noise still persist, Security has the option to contact the GNR.
Noise outside Gramacho
Should surrounding businesses or residences emit excessive noise and / or noise that is afterhours, this cannot be handled by Pestana Security. You need to speak to the establishment directly and/or contact the GNR at 282-770-010. Note, the public limit for noise is 65 decibels (as advised by Pestana).
